User Rights

User rights give users access to specific areas of XactAnalysis SP. New users cannot log in to XactAnalysis SP until their user rights have been set up in the Edit User page in User Administration.

You must have the User Admin application right to access User Administration and edit users’ rights. You cannot give other users access to an application right that you do not have access to.
Company Admin

Users with this right can access the Company Admin page and update user information for any user in your company from that page.

Edit Action Items

Users with this right can edit Action Items.

Personal Rules

Users with this right can use Personal Rules to set up notifications to be informed when events occur within a specified data set and category.

Policyholder Sharing

Users with this right can invite policyholders to participate in the claim process and can share assignment documents, notes, and photos with them in ClaimXperience.

Run Management Reports

Users with this right can view reports and drill down to estimate level data.

Users with this right can view assignment data in XactAnalysis SP.

Send Assignments

Users with this right can use Send an Assignment to send assignments to individuals in your organization.

User Admin

Users with this right:

  • Can access User Administration to manage the setup of users in their company.
  • Can create new users.
  • Can edit and delete existing users.
  • Can set up user rights.
You cannot give other users access to an application right that you do not have access to.
View Billing Reports

Users with this right can access the XactAnalysis Billing Report page.
