XactAnalysis Billing Report

On 11 December 2025, billing for XactAnalysis SP is moving to a new Customer Portal, and the XactAnalysis Billing Report is moving to XactInsights. For billing data after October 2025, you can use the Billing (Contractor) liveboard in XactInsights, which will be available soon.
Invoices predating this move will not be accessible in XactInsights. If you need historical invoices after this transition, please reach out to us by phone at 0044 (020) 7680 4970 or via the eService Centre.

XactAnalysis Billing Report allows you to view a copy of your monthly invoices. Each invoice includes an itemized list of charges and a breakdown of the charges by data set.
- Select XactAnalysis Billing Report from the Available Reports menu.
- Select a month and year from the Available Reports menu.
- Click Run Report.
The report appears as a PDF which you can download or print.
